Calendar and Schedule Management: Maintain and organize the employer’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Company document signatory: Manage company document with legal team for director signatory
Administrative Tasks: Manage documentation, filing, invoicing, and other office management duties.
Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, scheduling personal appointments, and managing household needs.
Food arrangement: Order and pick up lunch or dinner when management's schedule is busy or tight
Requirements
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative role may be required or preferred.
Both written and verbal communication in English must be clear, professional, and effective.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) Familiarity with using digital communication platforms (email, video conferencing).
Anticipating the needs of the employer and taking initiative without needing to be prompted.
