Partnership Marketing Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Cultivate and sustain relationships with KOLs, brand ambassadors, testimonials, and business partners, facilitating collaboration and ensuring marketing strategies align with brand values.
•Contribute to the identification of new partnership opportunities by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
•Assist in the execution of partnership projects by supporting planning, execution, and monitoring of partnership campaigns and events, ensuring they align with project goals and brand values.
•Manage designated aspects of partnership management, including contract and agreement creation, and deliverables, ensuring clarity on expectations and objectives among all parties.
•Take charge of partnership activities and event execution that align with company goals and values, overseeing all phases from planning to execution.
•Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership marketing endeavors, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and enhance results.
•Efficiently manage project timelines to ensure successful marketing project delivery.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as community and sales, to integrate partnership marketing efforts into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role, with a solid network of KOLs in Thailand.
•Demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking and project management, evidenced by successful marketing campaign executions.
•Strong ability to leverage data analytics and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of robust partner relationships.
•Innovative and creative mindset, adept at conceptualizing and implementing unique marketing strategies.
•Versatility in marketing approaches, with the ability to adapt strategies to various platforms and audiences.
•Fluency in Thai, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is beneficial.
•Familiarity with social media platforms and their effective utilization for partnership marketing initiatives.
•Self-motivated with a proactive approach, combined with strong teamwork skills.
•Sound understanding of the financial industry and fintech trends is advantageous.
