Coordinate with joint venture partners, including accountants, auditors, and various experts, for financial review, profit and loss statements, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for joint venture companies.
Plan human resource allocation and define the roles/qualifications within the department to match the company's business size, in order to guide recruitment and development efforts that align with the company's goals and policies.
