• Review budgets prepared by various departments for annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Coordinate with international departments, including accountants, auditors, and various experts, for financial review, profit and loss statements, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for foreign investment companies.
• Coordinate with joint venture partners, including accountants, auditors, and various experts, for financial review, profit and loss statements, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for joint venture companies.
• Plan human resource allocation and define the roles/qualifications within the department to match the company's business size, in order to guide recruitment and development efforts that align with the company's goals and policies.
