    Office Manager/Personal Assistant

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies and maintaining facilities.
    • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executives.
    • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
    • Coordinate events, such as event planning, reservations, and special projects.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
    • Manage HR and various accounting duties with collaboration with company’s accountant.


    Requirements

    • Must be eligible to work in Thailand.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
    • Must be able to work in our Bangkok office in Sukhumvit (BTS On Nut) or have the ability to relocate.
    • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Successful completion of background checks.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, necessary for job-related travel and errands.
    • Ability to travel outside of Thailand occasionally.
    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Professional and proactive approach to work.
    • Positive attitude and open-minded.
    • Being adaptive and flexible to change.
