Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Strategy
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to build partnerships that establish The Lemonshot as a top-of-mind media agency within CP Group and in the broader market.
- Develop strategies that expand agency capabilities to meet evolving demands of CP Group, True Group, and external clients, maximizing value for influencers under Lemonshot’s management.
- Create and implement initiatives to grow existing revenue streams and introduce new business models.
Market Research & Feasibility Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities, informing a strategic direction.
- Evaluate feasibility and financial projections for proposed partnerships, preparing data-backed insights that guide high-level decision-making.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to management, driving alignment on strategic initiatives.
Executive & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives, senior management, and cross-functional teams to discuss insights, recommendations, and partnership proposals.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that align partnership strategies with The Lemonshot’s overall business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating productive discussions that secure buy-in and commitment.
Strategic Initiative Development
- Form initiatives focused on new ways to multiplying growth in current revenue streams (40%) as well as creating new ones (60%).
- Outline clear objectives and strategic directions for partnership initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Adjusting plans as necessary to maintain alignment with The Lemonshot’s vision and business targets.
Qualifications:
- Analytical & Financial Acumen: Skilled in market research, financial projection, and feasibility analysis for partnership evaluations.
- Strategic Insight: Proven success in identifying growth opportunities and structuring strategic partnerships.
- Executive Communication: Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders, with persuasive presentation skills.
- Organizational & Project Oversight: Effective at defining strategic objectives and setting the groundwork for related teams.
- 3-5 years in strategic roles within fast-paced environments such as FMCG, media, consulting, or business development, ideally involving partnerships and market strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field, with demonstrated skills in financial analysis and market insights.
- Fluent in both English and Thai.
