Job Description

• Schedule and instruct regular training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management on team performance, and KPI measurements
• Maintain updated records and all relevant documents of training curricula and material
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification

• Bachelor or master's degree in Communication Arts, Education, Human Resources or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant training development experience; preferred in Express industry or related fields
• Good in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
• Good command in English and Chinese is preferredAdditional certification in training is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approache.
