Position Details
Your Responsibilities
To lead the project team ensuring mandatory/needed resources are assigned to the project as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members, providing guidance on projects, career + development.
To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries.
To ensure all project documentation is fully maintained, accurate + up to date.
To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
Your Skills And Experiences
At least 5 years of experience in project implementation for 3PL environment.
Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Able to work well under pressure with good stakeholder management.
