Supports ordering entity in scoping, planning & budgeting of medium and high complexity projects ahead of the handover with support of the CPM
Technical Leadership & Responsibility of the overall Project from handover
Responsible for the execution of the contract/ agreed requirements between MAJP and the ordering entity from handover to closure
Define and optimize resource strategy (Equipment, Labour, Tooling, Parts, Consumables & Logistics) in collaboration with supporting functions
Responsible for scoping and planning of all execution activities (Equipment, Labour, Tooling, Parts, Consumables & Logistics) in collaboration with supporting functions
Enable efficient execution of all activities with a strong focus on safe work

Responsibility for budget adherence
Risk & opportunities management, specifically establish Mitigation measures for risks and exploit opportunities
Claim Management with support by CPM
NCC management with support by QMiP/ CPM in medium and high complexity projects
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Accepts responsibility for all aspects of the project from the project handover to the project closure
Creates Communication plan, project meeting and other infrastructure as required
Promotes HSE & Quality culture within the entire project team
Ensure application of previous Lessons Learned as applicable and conducts Lessons Learned meeting at the end of the project (as required)
Project Delivery
Review and approve project scope, supplier tenders and budget creation ahead of handover
Reviews handover documentation and creates project plan/ checklist (as required) to ensure efficient delivery of all project requirements
Creates detailed project budget for medium- & high complexity projects in collaboration with CPM
Create, monitor and update project schedule
Ensure availability of technical documentation to site as required and released by Technology (for M3 only, for M1 should be available already)
Ensure availability of qualified & certified resources and of work instruction/ procedures
Ensures availability of all required tools & equipment, qualified & certified labour, parts, consumables for efficient project execution with supporting functions
Technical Supplier Management (e.g. operational alignment, scope changes, etc.) including mitigation and escalation of supplier issues
Customer interface (in collaboration with Service OPS Manager) including mitigation and escalation of any issues
Shares Technical Status Reports with (internal) customer and line management to ensure transparency on the project status
Obtains approval of project completion, performs project closure and hands-over project back to Service OPS/ Warranty
Commercial
Establish Mitigation measures for risks and exploit opportunities
Creates and maintains R&O register with support of CPM in medium- & high-complexity projects
Mitigates and manages incoming claims and leads outgoing claims with support by CPM
Observes, quantifies and reports NCC in collaboration with QMiP & CPM on medium and high complexity projects
