Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with regional and organizational objectives.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with regional leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
Program Management: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact capability development programs tailored to the unique needs of each market in the region.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, Product lines, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives with regional business goals.
Learning Technologies: Stay abreast of learning technologies and recommend their integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Capability Development Managers and Specialists to ensure consistency and standardization of learning initiatives across the region.
Vendor Management: Engage and manage external vendors and partners to enhance the quality and variety of learning solutions.
Collaboration with Head of Capability Development: Work closely with the Head of Capability Development for APAC MEA to align regional strategies with overarching organizational goals.
Leading Regional Capability Stakeholders: Provide leadership and guidance to regional capability stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of learning programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on regional or global initiatives.
Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing and implementing successful capability development programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with learning technologies and digital learning content development.
Previous experience in the APAC MEA region is advantageous.
