Key Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems to provide solution-based offerings during tender stage.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify improvements in solution offerings.
- Assist to prepare competitive quotations and proposals to secure new deals.
- Focus on educating customers on energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
- Ensure profitability of projects by considering cost factors in the design strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports for project interactions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress and achievements.
- Maintain a dotted reporting line to the business line Managers for effective coordination and communication between customer segments.

As a Minimum You Must Have
- Minimum 5-10 years in HVAC industry with Chilled water and VRF product / engineering knowledge
- Assist ASHRAE Level 2 audits and reporting M&V data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and methods
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Time management and organizational skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in using software and tools like AutoCAD / Revit systems, Microsoft Office, and engineering analytics platforms.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
