This role involves supporting ASSY capacity, headcount, and capex planning, ensuring planning accuracy for capacity and ramp-up projects, and providing reporting support for ASSY loading and capacity analysis. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. In your new role you will:

• Support ASSY capacity, headcount, capex planning per Mid-Max/TCR/VRFC.
• Execute and monitor planning accuracy to ensure that capacity, ramp up projects meet commitment within timeline and budget plan.
• Support for all reporting related to ASSY loading and capacity analysis.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial engineering, Production engineering, Supply chain management.
• 0-3 year experience in manufacturing field, Semiconductor or Electronic is preferable.
• Capable to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Basic knowledge on Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAP will be advantage.
• Good communicate in English.
• Able to work under high pressure.
