Engineer, Powertrain Part Engineering Design

Job Description

• Design Hybrid system, Drivetrain and Transmission parts
• Design copy parts or design new parts by using CAD, FEM analysis to meet the part function and performance with report.
• Order prototype and check part inspection result
• Manage project schedule
• Collaborate with all related section (Purchasing, Parts control, supplier, NISSAN Technical center Japan, Customer satisfaction team)
• Improve parts quality
• Analyze Powertrain market issue
• Find out root cause of issue and counter measure establish.
• Improve parts cost
• Generate cost reduction idea (VAVE)
• Design new part specification
• Evaluate cost

Qualifications

• Degree in Automotive engineering, Mechanical engineering or relevant field
• Knowledge in automotive field
• Proficient in report and presentation
• Positive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Engilish communication (verbal & writing) skills
• Good computer skill in MS Office programs such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
