Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
Stay current with industry trends, Web3 technologies, and design best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Whimsical, and others.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills, with a focus on Web3 or tech
products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design
decisions and rationale effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered design approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
Background in designing financial applications is a major plus.
