Get To Know The Role
GrabAds’ offline advertisements currently comprise of car wraps, in-car branding (hanger) in-car sampling, in-car displays, motorcycle advertising boards (Bike Board)
We are looking for a strong salesperson of Fleet Monetisation who is:
- A self-starter who can motivate people despite not having initial direct reporting line
- Able to understand:-
- media advertising landscape in Thailand both digital and offline.
- why Fleet media is still important for brands
- the demand from brands and agencies on Fleet advertising
- the grassroots logistical challenges of offline fleet monetisation ie. driver mentality, supply chain, etc.
- how to accurately forecast fleet revenues from both direct and indirect channels such as re-sellers
The day-to-day activities
- Pitch & win clients for GrabAds Fleet campaigns including create Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners for long-term media revenue
- Build & maintain high-level media-buying relationships with direct clients, media agencies, and re-seller.
- Pipeline management: Build pipelines, deal-closing planning, sales forecasting, and managing sales reports with business KPIs
- Work together with Ads Account Manager to partner with Mobility, Driver Partners team, Fleet reselling partner, Production vendor to make sure that campaign operations are smooth from start to finish
Qualifications
The must haves:
- At least 2-4 years of experience selling Fleet and OOH media
- Proven track-record of delivering against targets on quarterly basis under incentive scheme.
- Experienced working in media agencies or advertising sales company is a strong plus
- Own good relationship with media agencies especially with Big 6
- Understand both digital and out of home advertising landscape
- Strong experience using these tools: Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Email, Google drive, Salesforce (a plus), PowerBI (a plus)
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Thai nationality. Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in Business English
