Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Maintain and enhance brand reputation and positioning in the industry.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, HubSpot) is a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the fintech or forex industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fintech and forex markets is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, able to communicate with oversea team in English.
