Marketing Team Lead, Fintech Forex

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with business goals and target the fintech and forex markets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Maintain and enhance brand reputation and positioning in the industry.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, HubSpot) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the fintech or forex industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fintech and forex markets is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate with oversea team in English.
