    Assistant Brand Activation Manager

    Position Details

    Job Descriptions

    • Conduct market analysis, identify potential and explore new market opportunity and competitor review
    • Be the key point of brand communication especially on Beauty segment
    • Hands on marketing campaign execution, in-store activation and product launching projects
    • Work with Sales and Key account team to provide any in-store activation support
    • Work with creative agency to develop marketing materials
    • Campaign monitoring and evaluation
    • Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign to enhance brand activation


    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, gained from FMCG Industry is an absolute advantage
    • Excellent in marketing campaign execution, especially in-store activation, product launch
    • Strong collaboration/ network with several type of agencies at a time
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • High attention to detail and a drive to deliver consistent quality in all their work
    • Strives to understand the category and different markets/channels and builds this knowledge into their role as a brand manager
    • Thrives on a challenge, enjoys thinking outside the box to solve a challenge
    • Enjoys fostering strong relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
    • Exceptional communication skills in Thai and English
