Lead and oversee the paid media investment impact in the APMEA region supporting the Paid Media team in BA EA and LATAM.
Have a detailed understanding of all paid media activities and the impact of our investment.
Execute the global governance model and Metrics that Matter Framework in APMEA (media cost, audits, performance benchmarks, KPI’s, sufficiency, Hero & CTF measurement systems & Reporting)
Own the deliverables calendar, agency & partner QPR’s, market coordination and reporting.
Design APMEA JBP with Google & META, developing the template & Governance for any local JBP’s where necessary.
In conjunction with Data & Analytics: Build MMM capability in core markets to drive results.
In partnership with Data & Analytics: Own the Media data supply element to build the Unified Media Dashboard
Develop and build insights from data that will inform strategies that will generate quantifiable revenue and profit for the business. Working closely with cross functional teams
Create training plans to implement both internally and externally regarding changes to the channels, industry updates, product changes or seasonality effects.
Identify, test and optimize in order to drive KPIs such as revenue and ROI. Strive for continual improvement to reach business goals and objectives.
Utilize analytics to understand industry and market trending and optimize marketing activities. Build and deliver on monthly/annual budgets and forecasts.
Cross-team collaboration to ensure connectivity and cohesiveness between all relevant stakeholders.
Review department performance metrics, including red flag reporting, with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Quality assurance – reviewing implemented optimizations and ensure that all deliverables are being fully executed using best practices.
Follow up to verify performance versus pre agreed targets and KPIs, as well as quality of implementation and consistency.
Operate closely with the global content team and share relevant data on content effectiveness to ensure we are creating and producing material that fits the various channels to deliver the optimum performance. Test and learn mindset.
Who you are:
University degree in related field
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in corporate environment working in similar role. Media agency experience is a plus.
Proven track record of analyzing insights and translating them into actionable strategies that drive results and achieve objectives.
Understanding of CDP/DMPs, AdTech and MarTech tools and Campaign operations
Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken English; ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Strong data skills – ability to synthesize data and information to build actionable data driven insights
Leadership skills – a strong networker able to grow and nurture relationships, someone who can inspire with data.
