Develop and implement marketing plan, media strategy, and communication assets (offline) to drive in-store traffic and sales.
Organize and facilitate marketing activities such as marketing events, photo & video shooting, agency briefing and supervise the production process to produce all campaign materials.
Manage in-store medias (ISM) occupancy as determined Annual KPI
Manage and monitor in-store media to be installed and removed on time, and conduct a report of ISM by campaign.
Co-ordinate with internal and external team in media booking, updating media rate-card, reviewing artwork, monitoring correct media installation and any other tasks related to in-store media management.
Coordinate and work closely with graphic designers and key related teams to complete effective artwork for social media and online materials.
Control internal and external communication assets to ensure brand image and message are correct and in line with the brand guideline (CI), and brand positioning.
Coordinate and assist other department with the content creation, editing, updating information on corporate assets.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Maintain good working relationship with all cross functional dept and external agencies ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, Communication and Branding or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing / Communication / Creative agency / Retail Background would be preferable
Skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office programs
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
