Marketing Communication Executive (CRM)
Responsibilities:
Own, implement and manage Line broadcast planning aligned with company objectives
Plan and manage marketing campaigns (both online and offline) aligned with company objectives.
Analyse consumer behaviour to develop effective strategies.
Coordinate with creative teams and other business units to produce quality content and related materials.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytical dashboard, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Support and coordinate with other departments on completing the campaign brief, coupon creation, and tasks that involve setting up on the content management system and LINE Official Account.
Support the team to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Digital marketing, CRM, or a related role.
Familiarity with Line Official Account Manager.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Knowledge of Line Official Account features is plus.
Ability to manage teams and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
