Duties & Responsibilities
Driving Sustainable Growth and Profitability
- Take on the strategic leadership role for the financial performance and growth of the business unit, focusing on achieving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement a robust growth strategy geared towards long-term profitability and sustainability.
- Oversee profit and loss (P&L) management for the commerce and digital products business unit, including setting financial targets, conducting forecasts, and managing key performance metrics.
Performance Management
- Establish clear performance KPIs and targets aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Monitor and manage operational performance against established objectives, adjusting strategies when necessary to keep the brand on course.
- Collaborate in the development, oversight, and management of various commerce and digital product initiatives, including the Creator Commerce Marketplace, Owned & Operated Streetwear Brand, Game Credit Distribution Products, and OEM Merchandise offerings.
- Monitor, manage, and act upon marketplace/platform analytics and internal data sources.
- Measure and report on the performance of e-commerce/marketplace initiatives and assets against goals (e.g., Sales, Conversions, ROI, and KPIs).
- Provide regular performance marketing reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, along with insights and recommendations.
- Forecast and plan annual and monthly performance, reporting against business KPIs and ensuring revenue goals and budgets are communicated and met
- Contribute to quarterly executive review presentations summarizing activities, outcomes, and performance marketing planning.
- Align with HQ’s guidelines and local promotional plans to provide analytics that support the Omni-channel team in improving website UX, conversion rates, and organic search visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader C-suite and leadership teams.

- Proficiency in budget planning and management.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Comfortable conducting relevant channel analysis and auditing configurations.
- Extensive experience in managing multiple marketing agencies to achieve shared marketing objectives.
- Ability to translate analysis into concrete actions and recommendations for the rest of the team/company.
- Excellent background in budgeting and forecasting.
- Tech savvy and willing to work with developers and product designers.
- Open for new technologies and Web3 mind shift when necessary.
- Must be able to work onsite at Rama 2 area.
