Responsibilities

I&PD Strategy:

• Develop and implement department strategy in alignment with the company roadmap, while managing projects to ensure adherence to budgeting, business case, change management, resource planning, and quality standards, thereby facilitating timely and cost-effective strategy implementation.

Product Development

• Collaborate with the Design and Development, product engineering, and supplier chain teams to develop jewelry products from concept to production. Focus on OEM/ODM practices and ensure quality materials and components are sourced. Manage product development timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Review and approve technical input and guidance to ensure effective requirements are shared with suppliers when transferring to outsourced production.
• Provide technical support and guidance to product development teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve product quality and efficiency when transitioning to in-house production.
• Review samples with Product Compliance to ensure they align with the intended design and technical input, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Gather improvement ideas from stakeholder teams and consolidate them into actionable steps, including discussions to solve problems with related teams.
• Lead and collaborate with cross functional team both internal C&S team and suppliers to make sure process of development finish products and materials & components are success and efficient.
• Drive new product, materials and component development with supplier in capability gap area for fulfill requirement and improve product development with new capability.
• Optimize design and production processes to achieve cost-effectiveness and identify ways to meet product requirements while delivering high-quality products.
• Lead in develop new capability and alternative option in development for improve cost and quality.
• Ensure transparency and manage risk assessment during the development phase, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and options.

Continuous Improvement:

• Encourage continuous improvement processes with OEM/ODM supplier, to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Team Management/Leadership:

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEM/ODM partners, managing projects and ensuring timely delivery of products.
