Key Responsibilities:

• Develop self-knowledge and skills that align with the organization's direction
• Sometimes generate and develop technology exploration, idea generation, and proof of concept projects under the supervision
• Be a member of the NPD/TD program/project to achieve on-time/on-target
• Apply practical knowledge for developing and implementing technical solutions for cost saving, product improvement, and problem-solving of commercialized products
• Train core technology knowledge to entry employee
• Explore and maintain the relationship with a strategic network
• Fulfill capability and competency effectively through collaboration, partnership, and networking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Polymer, Chemical Engineering/Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Material Engineering/Science, or Petrochemical-Petroleum Engineering/Technology
• Experience in R&D or Product Development is preferred (New graduates with Master Degree are welcome to apply as well)
