Major Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence & technology intelligence for GC aligning with business direction to achieve business goals (as part to strategic foresight, manage and planning tools which leading to effective decision making to reduce risk and explore new opportunity in technology aspect)
• Responsible for the market/ technology intelligence processing and support implementation activity, oversee the below focus areas, and also provide support to related functions.
• Market/ technology intelligence management: develop tech. Ecosystem (i.e., Intelligence database, external partner management)
• Market/ technology intelligence processing (i.e. tech/market trend monitoring, data analytic, technology landscape, etc.) via reactive and proactive workflow to support following activity
• Identify market/ technology trends, opportunities, to support business strategy development (Corporate, Upstream and Downstream).
• Define emerging market & technology domain and align with stake holder for new exploration opportunity

Qualifications

• At least Master in Engineering (i.e. Chemical engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Engineering business management, etc.) Chemical Science, Material Science
• 3+ year experience in Market and technology evaluation, broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies
• Analytic, communication, interpersonal, and presentation
• Problem solving in a collaborative manner with engineering and cross functional team member
• Combining technical with business knowledge leading to critical business decision
• Working in volatile and dynamic environment
• 1 years in technology intelligence process is preferred
