Field Application Engineer

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead all the technical enquiries from customers to provide a prompt and effective response. Including the product training.
• Identify the potential business opportunities from customers’ unfulfilled demand and applications.
• Initiate and demonstrate the product presentation to create the design-in opportunity and establish the deals.
• Liaise closely with product marketing team on the potential new product enhancements.
• Liaise closely with R&D team to respond to customers’ technical queries.
• Close communication with QA and RMA team to understand product and customer application issues.
• Summarize the weekly report of the current tasks and action plan to execute the strategic deals.
• Manage and maintain the product and ensure that it executes all the relevant content properly.
• Regularly conduct the product audit on site at each factory to ensure that it executes according to the "SN", "TS" and ECN properly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in technical field applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
