Job Summary
- Plan, organize and control selling operations in order to achieve sales target with agreed budget.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Establish, improve sales tactical plan and drive sales team to ensure sales target achievement
- Develop sales force effectiveness
- Develop a career path for Sales Staff
- Prepare sales forecast and efficient sales target allocation
- Build and maintain good relationship with KOLs and Key users to maximize selling opportunities
- Develop and recommend pricing and discount structures to Customers which enable the achievement of sales target at agreed level
- Allocate and control promotional budget for each Supervisor and Medical Representative to meet with agreed budget
- Build team unity and lead sales force to achieve sales targets and objectives
Leadership Responsibilities
- Manage team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
- Manage learning and development of team in the area of sales and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
- Support sales forces structure excellence which provide healthy profit among each sales team
