Job Description

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department

• Plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair work for hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and operational facilities to ensure all equipment and systems are in good working condition

• Carry out and monitor maintenance work, and respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency repair requests

• Supervise and maintain electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, mechanical, and other building systems to ensure efficient operation

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with hotel policies, safety regulations, and applicable legal requirements

• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff

• Coordinate with other hotel departments and external contractors when necessary

• Monitor and control the usage of maintenance tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts

• Prepare maintenance reports and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Age 30–45 years

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field

• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
  

Work Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance or engineering operations

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory position

• Experience in a hotel or related service industry will be an advantage

• Pre-opening hotel experience will be an advantage
