As a Product Owner at Makro PRO, you will be the strategic navigator of our product's journey. Your role is to balance vision with reality, turning complex challenges into actionable plans. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, technical possibilities, and business goals.
Your Challenge:
- Define the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer demands and market trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech Leads and Designers, to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value in line with our strategic goals.
- Be the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that user needs and experiences are at the heart of our product development.
- Make critical decisions about the product's direction, balancing various stakeholder inputs with an eye on the market landscape.
Requirements:
- Experience in product management, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have experience with agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
