Senior UX Researcher

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors, using a variety of high-standard research tools and methodologies.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts that clearly convey user insights to stakeholders and inform design and product strategies.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are integrated into product development and design decisions, improving AIA’s digital customer experience.
• Present research findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring they are well understood and applied to create products that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
• Create and manage a repository of research findings and best practices to support continuous learning and improvement across teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing fresh ideas to improve our processes.
• Inspire the team by leveraging research and user insights to drive business value and cultivate a culture of user-centered design across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of research methodologies and their impact on digital platform development.
• Expertise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, with a focus on delivering actionable insights that drive product and design decisions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to effectively communicate research findings to non-researchers.
• Proficiency in utilizing a range of high-standard UX research tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for uncovering deep insights and delivering user experiences that align with business goals.
• Eagerness to work and contribute to projects that have a real impact on customers and their experiences.
