Job Responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily transportation activities, including planning routes and scheduling deliveries. Provide clear instructions and transportation plans to our transportation operators (route planners) to ensure successful product deliveries to designated destinations.

• Report any transportation-related issues promptly and propose effective solutions to resolve transportation challenges efficiently.

• Monitor and summarize transportation results, including problems and solutions, to present comprehensive reports to the management team.

• Prepare vehicle capacity plans and align them with weekly and daily transportation plans to ensure seamless integration with our product transportation strategy.

• Collaborate closely with the planning team to adjust replenishment plans according to current warehouse capacity, ensuring smooth product accommodation, and report to the management team accordingly.

• Provide support and actively promote safe working practices and occupational health in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and carriers to streamline transportation processes and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Monitor shipment status and track deliveries using advanced transportation management systems.

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards in all transportation operations.

• Work closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to optimize inventory management and streamline transportation processes.

• Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation, ensuring efficient record-keeping for future reference.

Job Qualification

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or other relevant field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling transportation data using logistics software in the logistics business.

• Experience in route planning for cargo trucks in various route

• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices in the E-commerce industry.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address transportation challenges proactively.

• Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes in an E-commerce setting.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our customers.

• Work Monday-Saturday

• Able to drive, and having a driver license
