Leasing Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Expansion in assigned project.
• Maximize utilization of mall space.
• Acquire the new potential tenant partners and offer leasing space by negotiating pricing and closing the deal.
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenant partners with a constant focus on enhancing the tenancy mix and proactively pursuing exciting and unique concepts.
• Coordinating with Business Development, Operation and Marketing teams for sales, zoning and merchandising mixed.
• Support, coordinate, and liaise between tenants and our Go Wholesale related functions (such as Business Development, Construction and Operations etc.) with design and construction requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners, conveying messages accurately and efficiently.
• Managing the tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections, documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
• Focusing on tenant satisfaction and retention could be a significant part of the role. This might involve organizing tenant appreciation events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements based on that feedback.
• Collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure that any issues reported by tenants are addressed promptly.
• Ensuring that both landlords and tenants are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the landlord-tenant relationship.
• Providing tenants with information about their rights and responsibilities, as well as educating them on property policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and resolutions for documentation and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in retail leasing, sale, business development or property management.
• Experience working in retail or wholesales required.
• Strong negotiation skill and driven to achieve business goal.
• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering result.
• Ability to occasionally travel to various locations or site visit.
