Responsibilities:
Assist with on-site event setup and teardown, including physical arrangement of spaces and equipment.
Prepare and organize necessary materials and equipment for L&D programs and workshops.
Collaborate with the internal team to refine program materials, adding clarity and visual appeal to enhance learner experience.
Manage basic project documentation, such as checklists, participant lists, and simple reports.
Contribute to the preparation of program presentations and supporting documents, gaining exposure to how learning content is designed and communicated.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of work experience.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail orientation, and ability to stay organized under time pressure.
Passion for learning, content creation, and curiosity about how L&D programs are designed and delivered.
Aesthetic awareness and basic ability to prepare clear, visually appealing slides or materials (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva).
Proactive and adaptable, able to support both planned tasks and unexpected needs during training delivery.
Positive team player with good communication skills, comfortable coordinating with instructors, clients, and colleagues.
