PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule classes, classrooms, and activity timelines.
Supervise and resolve issues concerning students in the program.
Communicate and coordinate with teachers, parents, and relevant parties.
Manage media and equipment used in events, such as graphics and VTRs for concerts.
Organize filming schedules and special activities.
Oversee administrative systems, including cost center setup/closure, advance payments, expense clearances, and processing of purchase orders (POs).
Summarize monthly teaching fees and process payments to teachers and suppliers.
Coordinate with the Accounting, Finance, Teaching, IT, and Production departments, as well as other internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
