Kitchen Student Internship

Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation of all food items ensuring a high standard of taste, temperature and preparation.
• Prepares breakfasts on an independent basis by cooking eggs and meat, and preparing cereals, coffee and similar items.
• Performs other related work as required and prepares his mise-en-place for next day.
• Collects store items as required from the main kitchen.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment and reports any repair or maintenance needed.

Qualifications

• Speak English or Thai (Foriengner)
• Being enrolled in a university or have less than 12 months of graduated.
• Age from 18 up to 30 years old.
• Open-minded, willing to learn new things, and meet new people.

Additional Information

• Flexible starting dates around the year.
• Internship length from 6 to 12 months.
• 5 working days with 2 days off per week.
