Develop detailed account strategy and plans that linked with field sales in order to deliver values to the customer and to grow the profitable sales as well as to differentiate from our competitors.
Work closely with the sales operation team to ensure that our products and services are met with the customer’s requirements and expectations.
Develop and strengthen the positive long term business relationship in high level with the customer through cross-functional teams from both our company and the customer.
Develop Budget & Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by assigned account to aligned with account global guidelines and ensure that both the approved plans and budget have been executed per planned.
Perform as the conduit between our field representatives and managers as well as the regional marketing team and ensure that the planned activities or programs have been efficiently and effectively executed as desired.
Analyse and anticipate the market or business trend in order to develop “value added” and innovative solutions to support for our customer’s business.
Work closely with internal teams to develop a “differentiated offering”.
Liaise with all concerned parties.
