Requirements Elicitation and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and needs.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, considering functional, non- functional, and technical specifications.
Process Mapping and Improvement:
- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized business processes and workflows.
Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Conduct data analysis to derive insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making processes.
- Develop data models and conduct data mapping to ensure accurate and efficient data flow within systems.
System Integration and Testing:
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications to meet business requirements.
- Define and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet specified business needs and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and technology solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.
