Oversee the Human Resources team and provide clear direction on strategy, the People agenda, and key performance indicators.
Advise executive and senior management on efficient and cost-effective organization design and development initiatives.
Work with relevant teams to effectively implement organizational changes and charge initiatives.
Forecast and oversee recruitment needs, overseeing key recruitments within the organization.
Ensure alignment of ratings, salary increases, and bonus payments with global principles and budget guidelines.
Conduct talent reviews, identify key talents, and drive their development, including nominations to global talent programs.
Identify critical positions within the organization, potential successors, and advise on and monitor the implementation of succession plans.
Oversee the execution, implementation, and effectiveness of global compensation & benefits programs, processes, and policies within the organization.
Provide strategic advice and support to executive and senior management on human capital and leadership matters.
Ensure the cascade of culture, values, and behaviors throughout the organization.
Take accountability for key labor relations issues and provide necessary support to mitigate risk.
Make termination decisions in key roles and implement best practices to minimize negative impacts.
Qualifications:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field
Over 10 years of extensive experience in human resource management within a manufacturing setting, preferably in a business partnering capacity, demonstrating deep knowledge of people operational/services and local labor laws, legislation, and industry best practices
Proven track record in a business partnering role within multinational companies known for their exemplary human resource practices and cultures
Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across different functions and geographies to streamline processes and achieve results efficiently
Strong skills in prioritization, adaptability to changing directions, handling diverse assignments, and working independently when necessary
Proficient in utilizing data, reporting, and analytics to inform decision-making processes
Proficiency in verbal and written English is required
