About the role

As a Mid-Level HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resources & Recruitment team. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation activities
• Manage employee records and maintain HR databases
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
