    HNW Broker and Client Relationship Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Assist HNW individuals and corporate clients with account onboarding
    • Work with treasury team to assist OTC clients with quoting and fund deposits and withdrawals
    • Record OTC transactions and work with the treasury to ensure OTC trades and fund transfers are recorded correctly and accurately.
    • Work closely with compliance to ensure user client KYC verification is done seamlessly.
    • Attend to all HNW and corporate clients needs and requirements promptly and quickly.
    • Work closely with CXO to assist HNW clients in resolving complex issues.


    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in customer service in gaming industry
    • Strong sense of empathy, able to think from customers’ point of view, and fully aware of customer mindset
    • Able to process any reasonable and unreasonable inquiries or requests from customers
    • Great interpersonal skills and experience with handling high networth customers.
    • Able to travel to meet and assist w clients’ documentation needs
    • Must be flexible to respond to or from clients outside business hours.
    • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and embrace constant changes with flexibility and grace.
    • Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
