Oversee , manage and formulate Customer Segmentation , Customer Strategy, Target operating model to manage Payroll , Wealth, Retail customer (Car/Home Owner) and develop Customer Journey across omni channel.
Develop and implement Customer Value Proposition for all customer segments in alignment with the Retail & AL strategy.
Develop and Maintain Customer Loyalty platform for Retail customers under mobile banking to reward good economic and behavior by status tier and status point with related benefit.
Define target Customer Experience in each segment and develop customer acquisition initiatives to maximize profitability of all customer segments.
Develop customer analytics strategic/action plans for customer engagement including mobile banking adoption, mobile banking engagement, main bank.
Conduct market research to understand the preferences, behavior and trends for Payroll , Wealth, Retail customer (Car/Home Owner). Use this information to tailor product, service, campaign to grab/grow/guard customer.
Actively manage and monitor performance of key customer engagement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field is often required.
Minimum 10 years experience in customer engagement strategies, customer segmentation strategy.
Minimum 5-7 years in Leadership experience in financial institutions will be preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills : The ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, forecast demand, and understand customer behavior. Proficiency in statistical analysis and the ability to interpret large amounts of data to make business decisions are essential.
Customer Insight and Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze customer needs and customer pain points, market trends, market research and consumer behavior to develop customer strategies, design customer value proposition and product offerings for all customer segments in each channel.
Product Knowledge : Have in-depth in retail product knowledge including wealth banking product.
Financial Acumen : Deep understanding of financial principles and how they apply to the retail business, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, committee and key stakeholders.
