Responsibilities

The PR Director within the dynamic realm of the Digital Asset/New Tech industry is a strategic leadership role responsible for orchestrating and executing comprehensive public relations strategies that elevate the brand presence, market positioning, and public perception of our New Tech-focused organization. This role demands an experienced professional adept at navigating the intricacies of the rapidly evolving crypto landscape while fostering a positive and influential brand image.

1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company's goals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all communication channels. Ie

• Handling fielding media questions and pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits, and organizing press conferences.
• Strategize press releases and speeches for organizational leaders,
• Develop creative advertising, and marketing communications material

2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation. Ie

• KOLs
• CSR Communities
• Crypto/Blockchain Communities
• Government collaboration of the GA team

3. Crisis Management Expertise: Lead crisis communication efforts by devising proactive strategies, managing sensitive situations, and safeguarding the company's reputation during challenging times.

4. Responsible for operations of the production team, PR writers, Community, and direct communications with the CMO and co-founder.

5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to assess the impact of PR campaigns, measure outcomes, and generate reports to track performance, providing insights for future improvements.

6. Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging PR technologies and tools, leveraging them effectively to streamline communication efforts and enhance outreach.

7. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to PR teams, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their contributions align with overarching PR strategies.

9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all PR activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, staying updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements

10. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging, visual identity, story-telling, and reputation management while driving brand differentiation, expansion, and employee advocacy for a compelling market presence.

11. Budget Management: Manage and allocate PR budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and delivering measurable results within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in PR or communications roles within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, trends, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
• Established a network within the crypto community, media outlets, and influential industry figures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Thai (Mandatory), English, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with adaptability to market fluctuations.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms, analytics tools, and emerging PR technologies for campaign management and analysis.
