Provide documents such as reports, documents, lease of billboards.
Develop and maintain working relationships with shopping center teams, landlords and outsources companies.
Provide and collect advertising media information correctly in PowerPoint format to coordinate design and approval.
Coordinate with the Vendor team to obtain bids and coordinate the installation of advertising media between the Vendor team, the front-of-branch team and the department store/building owners.
Collect a report from the branch team to submit the report to the supervisor.
Qualification:
Has excellent resolution and intelligence to solve immediate problems.
Have an excellent understanding of retail marketing.
Has flexibility to work and can work under pressure.
Great use of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and Gmail programs.
Can communicate in English, speak and write well.
Have market knowledge of retail and BTL, ATL, and POSM.
