Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers/PO, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Agile Methodology: Champion Agile principles and practices within the product development teams, ensuring efficient and flexible product development processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with tech and business teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Customer Focus: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and prioritize features and enhancements to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure cost-effective delivery and maximization of ROI.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing digital products in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of Adobe eCommerce, Algolia search, and PIM Akeneo.
