Project Innovation Lead (ESG, Climate Solution)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of ESG and climate solution projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sustainability targets.
• Innovation and Development: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance climate resilience and sustainability practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners, to drive climate initiatives.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze environmental data and prepare comprehensive reports to track progress and impact of climate initiatives.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of sustainability professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in climate solutions within the sustainable industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
