Head of Marketing Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the growth of company's digital platforms including mobile application, website, etc.
• Work with the management to develop product strategy and roadmap align with the company's strategy and direction.
• Develop strategies and conceptual approaches to both internal and external parties.
• Supervise and oversee the product development aspects across-projects and be skillful to lead product and UX/UI team.
• Analyze customer journey, requirements, and features, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through customer journey lifecycle.
• Identify new product features by analyzing business and customer's needs, market trends, and competitor's movement.
• Lead and handle problem in daily operations of the platform team and develop best practice to improve team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration or related fields.
• At least 12 years of experience in product owner, product management, and project management with minimum 5 years in the management role.
• Have working experience in Banking and Financial company is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of Mobile app ecosystems, business strategies, and industry benchmarking.
• Strong knowledge in project management, financial product, and mobile application development.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mindset and knowledge of business process analysis.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and excellent analytical, time management, problem solving, and people skills.
• Ability to lead meetings, multi-task and lead various work streams concurrently
• Strong command of English. (written and spoken)
