Job Overview:
As the Course Director, you will spearhead our course planning and class management teams, playing a pivotal role in expanding our educational offerings. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in guiding the company's course development, ensuring our programs align with market demands and contribute to the professional growth of our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the education product team to conduct market analysis and design new courses that drive revenue growth and increase learner base.
- Oversee the class and bootcamp team, initiating new programs that contribute to team revenue and expand our learner base.
- Forge partnerships with potential class partners/directors/instructors to enrich our educational ecosystem.
- Make informed decisions on future courses, classes, and bootcamps, setting strategic directions for the entire FutureSkill course offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from course conception to successful launch.
- Develop a product vision and strategy of course/class/bootcamp products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of market analysis and planning to tailor courses that meet market needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in product feasibility studies and financial planning, with the ability to project and interpret P&L statements for new educational products.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, capable of guiding and supporting the team through decision-making processes regarding course plans.
- A track record of successful product creation, from identifying customer needs to launching market-ready educational offerings.
- Existing connection pool to key partners/instructors to help develop curriculum programs would be a plus.
