Job Qualification
Act as a product owner to ensure software roadmap on the assigned application groups
Estimate and plan for project cost from the beginning, go live to post support
Manage and supervise the team to ensure software quality standard and project delivery
Lead cross-functional team and ensure all projects are delivered and meet the requirements defined e.g. lead time, cost and quality of the project and provide mentorship, performance feedback, and create a collaborative work environment
Drive and monitor proper planning and resource allocation
Ensure skilled resources and tools are in place including any third-party support to deliver the technical delivery
Manage resources across product lines, product development teams and supporting functions
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders including senior management and cross-functional teams
Identify potential risks in project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
