Operator Sourcing: Identify and source suitable operators to manage and operate each pillar of the LiveIn Ecosystem, including LiveIn@Wheel (convenience mart), LiveIn@Cafe (cafe), LiveIn@Work (coworking space), LiveIn@Essentials (laundry), LiveIn@Concept Store (concept store by LiveIn partners), and LiveIn@Play (game lounge).
Negotiation and Partnership: Lead negotiations and establish partnerships with selected operators, ensuring alignment with LiveIn's vision, values, and operational standards.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners within the Bangkok market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and operation of LiveIn Ecosystem pillars.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless integration of LiveIn Ecosystem pillars.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of operators to ensure compliance with LiveIn's quality standards, customer service protocols, and brand guidelines.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Strategic Program Lead at the Global level, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities within the Bangkok market.
Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both languages.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop innovative solutions.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
Team Player: Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field required.
Proven experience in program management, business development, or operations.
Experience in sourcing and managing partnerships with operators or tenants is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferably to start in August 2024 onwards.
