Software Product Strategy (Junior - Senior level)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to communicate fluently in Thai (high presentation skills). Also, English is plus.
• Iteratively proactive, practical, and platform-oriented with “Get greater things done!” attitude. The ideal candidate will be a creative customer pain-point solver, who sees opportunities before others. Able and willing to share your opinion and self-motivated with a keen and curious nature, able to work in a highly multi-cultural team, aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
• He/she will have previously built customer-focused roadmap of products and features others recognize as innovative and efficient. Must be PaaS savvy and love crunching numbers with attentive to detail and committed to business integrity, to tell an impactful story with analysis.
• He/she will assist in the creation of business journeys and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Develop go-to-market strategic and conceptual approaches to both internal and external facing design challenges and collaborate with design teams (UX, UI) on complex projects, promoting and supporting cross-disciplinary methods, while maintaining the ability to develop a unique conceptual viewpoint and effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually, to internal teams.
• He/she must ensure that the company is customer driven thinking in core commercial, operation, technical and product competencies such as the scale and quality of the customer experience.
• Passionate of driving digital innovation around AgriTech and Food technology for drive company lift to Digitize organization
SKILLS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Great agility with the creative and technical tools of design and agile product development.
• Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
• Organized; Strong project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering products on time can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Strong knowledge of customer journey and user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied both Web-based applications and Mobile applications.
• Able to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development decisions and ensure our digital solutions remain differentiated in the market.
• Skilled Excel, Google Sheets user. Able to understand and build complex spreadsheets.
• Skilled very professional in Product management presentation.
EXPERIENCES
• 3-4 years experienced in Product Owner/Manager, IT Strategy or SA/BA fileld
• Must have deep experienced for develop in building the platforms in muti business sectors with a focus on digital transformation. (ERP knowledge has a plus advantages)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher that included mathematics, statistics, data science, Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or behavioral science discipline or a similar field with 4-8+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with multi-national company, with large datasets and experimentation
• Experienced with working in a large-scaled customer environment (commercial, operation, product, technology)
