Head of Corporate Marketing (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve marketing goals, KPIs, and ROI targets.
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
• Manage and enhance the company’s brand reputation in the real estate market.
• Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and online advertise
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content for marketing collateral, including brochures, website, and social media.
• Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
