Business Partnership Associate

Responsibilities

• Daily tasks: The applicant is expected to be responsible for the roles of business development, project management and ownership, marketing campaign initiation and operations, and partner relations management
• Build, manage and maintain long-term relationships with media, coin project, institutional partners; facilitate and meet partners’ needs and expectations
• Explore and connect with potential partners, coordinate, and develop presentations and other related documentation
• Develop new means and strategies for the effort of reaching out to partners for potential partnership initiation
• Utilize social media as effective tools to conduct the market’s research, analyze the market, and trends-behavior to enhance the reach of Bitkub Academy
• Negotiate advantageous deals that benefit Bitkub Academy, partnership, and project
• Helping to expand reach to business partners; reach out and initiate contact with potential partners, including, but not limited to, coin issuers, DeFi protocols, institutional organizations, related cryptocurrency influencers, agencies, the media, and various other partners
• Able to initiate, maintain, and further develop relationships with partners for future opportunities
• Able to tend to various channels of communication; proactively engage with partners in a business-oriented manner
• Enthusiastic in studying current cryptocurrency news for the enhancement of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate effectively with related teams to deliver the best results eg. Marketing, Business Development, Product, Public Relations, Compliance, Legal, etc.

• Able to seek, communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships between our current and potential partners
• Great sense of ownership; willing to go the extra mile for the team to successfully achieve goals
• Experience in the field of the business initiate, marketing collaborations, campaign management and organization, event planning, and related business development background will be taken into special consideration
• Great attention to detail and is well-organized
• Great sense of responsibility to assigned tasks and takes full ownership of in-hand projects
• Passionate or interested in the areas of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related fields concerning digital disruption
• Passionate in willing to dive deep to research and share knowledge related to duties within and outside of the team
• Experience as being a speaker or host will be taken into special consideration
• Social, lively, and engaging with others
• Strong Teamwork, ambitious, self-motivated, and positive attitude
• Able to work continuously throughout campaign preparation periods
• Able to be on-site for potential business conferences or meet-ups
• Able to communicate in English on an intermediate to advanced level
• Willing to take up ad-hoc tasks
